Inclement Weather Policy: Pulse Fitness follows the Millbrook School District schedule for delays and closings of classes. For a 2 hour delay, all AM classes will be cancelled. Please call ahead for afternoon closings. In addition, closing details and/or schedule changes will also be announced on our incoming phone message, on our website and on our Facebook page.
We are proud to announce Dr. Josh Rinaldi has joined our staff. Relieve stress by scheduling a 30 or 45 minute session with Dr. Rinaldi for Active Release Technique (ART), a soft tissue/movement based massage technique. Dr. Rinaldi is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences, prior to that he received his bachelors in Biology from Kalamazoo College where he played tennis, competing in the NCAA division III national tournament. During his postgraduate studies Dr. Rinaldi became certified in ART, a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles. Dr. Rinaldi will see patients on Saturdays at Pulse after 12:30. New Class: Fridays at 8:45 AM – Total Body Conditioning, low impact.
Join Milissa for this 45 minute class, a combination of functional training techniques and low impact cardio. This class is designed to build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle.
