New Class:  No week will be the same!

Join Casey on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM and Judy on Thursdays at 10:00 AM for  our new 1/2 hour specialty class.   Each week, Casey and Judy will develop a specialized class targeting different body parts – Instructor’s choice!!!  Visit our “Schedule” page on this website on Mondays for the current week’s class announcements.

New Class:   Fridays at 8:45 AM – Total Body Conditioning, low impact.  

Join Milissa for this 45 minute class, a combination of functional training techniques and low impact cardio.  This class is designed to build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle.

Inclement Weather Policy: Pulse Fitness follows the Millbrook School District schedule for delays and closings of classes. For a 2 hour delay, all AM classes will be cancelled. Please call ahead for afternoon closings.  In addition, closing details and/or schedule changes will also be announced on our incoming phone message, on our website and on our Facebook page.
